At The Community for Learning, we believe that strong relationships are the cornerstone of a thriving learning environment! By fostering a positive classroom culture, we not only support our students but also warmly welcome parents to engage in their children's educational journey.
Join us for a range of exciting activities, where you can witness firsthand the amazing thinking and learning your children are experiencing!
Here’s what you can look forward to:

Family Fun Day

Every year, our community eagerly anticipates “Family Fun Day,” hosted by our Parent Support Group! It’s a day filled with fun, food, and laughter as students and their families come together to play and connect. Our 9th to 12th grade students take the lead, creating exciting games and activities for their younger peers while raising funds for their class. The goal? To foster community spirit by relaxing and sharing joyful moments together!

Community Coffee

Every month, we warmly invite parents to join us for our Community Coffee from 8:00 to 9:00 AM! It’s a fantastic opportunity to kick off the day with engaging discussions about new initiatives, like our updates on the Next Generation Science Standards, the introduction of Yondr pouches, or a refresher on restorative practices. This isn’t just a meeting; it’s a welcoming space for parents to share their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us continuously improve and grow together! Don’t miss out on this chance to connect and collaborate!

Parent Support Group

Our Parent Support Group (PSG) is an incredible community of dedicated parents who volunteer their time and talents to enhance our school activities! Think of it as our vibrant hub for parent engagement, where your involvement makes a real difference.

Classroom Activities

We love inviting parents to join in the celebration of their children’s learning experiences! You can join us on field trips, enjoy captivating productions, and take part in exciting theme fairs. Your presence not only enriches these celebrations but also strengthens our vibrant school community.
