I am aware of and agree to the following:

●  My child will be supervised and be involved in activities with school personnel from 12:30pm -2:15pm  

●  The cost of the class must be paid in full by the end of the 1st month of the period (September, December, April). 

●  If you withdraw student from extended day, please notify the school in written form. Otherwise your child will remain enrolled in the class and  responsible for the payment.

  • Lunch should be brought from home or purchased from the cafeteria

●  My child will be dismissed from the main entrance until 2:45pm

  • Students taking the bus will be dismissed from the parking lot entrance at 2:15 p.m.

    Estoy al tanto y de acuerdo con lo siguiente:

  • ● Mi hijo/a será supervisado/a y participará en actividades con el personal de la escuela de 12:30 p.m. a 2:15 p.m.

    ● El costo de la clase debe ser pagado en su totalidad antes de que finalice el primer mes del período (septiembre, diciembre, abril).

    ● Si se retira al estudiante del programa de jornada extendida, se debe notificar a la escuela por escrito. De lo contrario, su hijo/a seguirá inscrito/a en la clase y será responsable del pago.

    El almuerzo debe ser traído de casa o comprado en la cafetería.

    ● Mi hijo/a será despedido/a por la entrada principal hasta las 2:45 p.m.

    Los estudiantes que toman el autobús serán despedidos por la entrada del estacionamiento a las 2:15 p.m.
