- Interview with parent(s) or guardian(s)
- Entrance evaluation
- Registration form
- Child's birth certificate
- Two photos 2x2
- Records from previous school
- Progress report
- Certificate of good conduct
- Letter confirming tuition balance paid
- Health form signed by doctor and vaccination card
- Eye exam
- Enrollment and payment agreement signed by both parents
- Photocopy of both parents' cedula or passport
